Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Iheatu AI refers to personal software projects and automations operated by Iheatu Chris Wogu (“I,” “me,” or “the operator”). This website (iheatuchriswoguai.com) provides public information for Google OAuth consent and related app branding.
2. Scope
This policy covers (a) this informational website and (b) personal applications that request Google account access under the Iheatu AI name. These applications are operated for the operator’s own use and authorized household/business mailboxes, not as a public multi-user SaaS platform.
3. Google user data
When you grant OAuth consent, an application may access Google APIs such as:
- Gmail — for example, reading utility bill notifications and sending messages from mailboxes you authorize (such as a landlord management address).
- Google Sheets — reading or updating spreadsheets used to operate those automations.
The exact scopes appear on the Google consent screen for each authorization. Access is limited to what is needed for the automation to function.
4. How data is used
Google user data is used only to:
- Operate the personal automation that requested access
- Notify or bill tenants / record operational status where that is the app’s purpose
- Debug and maintain the operator’s systems
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with unrelated third parties except as required to run the service infrastructure the operator controls (for example, a database hosting operational records) or when required by law.
5. Storage
This website itself does not create user accounts or store Google mailbox contents. Personal applications may store derived operational records (such as bill metadata or send status) on the operator’s machines or in databases the operator administers. OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely on the operator’s systems for continued authorized access.
6. Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained as long as needed to run and audit the personal automations. You may revoke an app’s access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party access. After revocation, the app can no longer call Google APIs with that grant. For deletion questions about operator-held records, use the user support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen for the relevant app.
7. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect credentials and stored records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Children
These applications are not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The “Last updated” date above will change when material revisions are published on this page.
10. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to the user support contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen for the relevant Iheatu AI application.
